系統(tǒng)原理：主要利用沸石分子篩的多孔吸附性及催化燃燒在溫度300-400在催化劑的作用下將有機(jī)組分中的C、H化合物氧化成無害的CO2、H2O等。裝置原理及特點(diǎn)（1）吸附性能佳：沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪具有與活性炭一樣多微孔的吸附特性；

（5）轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮CO燃燒原理：再生后沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪重新投入使用，通過控制脫附過程流量可將有機(jī)廢氣濃度濃縮10-20倍，脫附氣流經(jīng)催化床的加熱器裝置加熱至300左右，在催化劑作用下起燃，催化燃燒過程凈化效率可達(dá)97%以上，燃燒后生成RCO2 和H2O 并釋放出大量熱量，該熱量通過催化燃燒床內(nèi)的熱交換器一部分再用來加熱脫附出的高濃度廢氣，沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪+CO撬裝式一體機(jī)，另外一部分加熱室外來的空氣做沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪脫附氣體使用，一般達(dá)到脫附～催化燃燒自平衡過程須啟動(dòng)燃燒器1小時(shí)左右。達(dá)到熱平衡后可關(guān)閉電加熱裝置，沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪+CO撬裝式一體機(jī)定制，這時(shí)再生處理系統(tǒng)靠廢氣中的做燃料，在無須外加能源基礎(chǔ)上使再生過程達(dá)到自平衡循環(huán)，極大地減少能耗，并且無二次污染的產(chǎn)生，整套吸附和催化燃燒過程由PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制。

Generally, the process of desorbing to catalytic combustion self equilibrium requires the burner to be started for about 1 hour. At this time, the regeneration treatment system relies on the fuel in the exhaust gas to achieve a self balancing cycle in the regeneration process without the need for additional energy, greatly reducing energy consumption and avoiding the generation of secondary pollution. 工藝流程:

Process flow:

1）甲方廢氣先經(jīng)過干式過濾預(yù)處理箱體去除廢氣中的粉塵等顆粒物，防止該類物質(zhì)進(jìn)入到沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪中引起轉(zhuǎn)輪效率下降；

1) The exhaust gas of Party A is first subjected to dry filtration pretreatment box to remove dust and other particulate matter from the exhaust gas, preventing such substances from entering the zeolite wheel and causing a decrease in wheel efficiency;

2）經(jīng)預(yù)處理后的廢氣，進(jìn)入沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)，廢氣中的VOCs被吸附、凈化后直接達(dá)標(biāo)排放，而吸附過VOCs的沸石隨轉(zhuǎn)輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)進(jìn)入冷卻區(qū)，在原有廢氣風(fēng)量15~25分之一的常溫氣體作用下冷卻下來（110），隨后在冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)作用下經(jīng)電加熱器預(yù)熱至脫附溫度：180~220（亦可以通過催化床排放高溫氣體換熱預(yù)熱），將VOCs從沸石中脫附出來，形成小風(fēng)量、高濃度的VOCs尾氣；

Then, under the action of a cooling fan, they are preheated by an electric heater to a desorption temperature of 180-220 (or can be preheated by discharging high-temperature gas through a catalytic bed for heat exchange), Desorb VOCs from zeolite to form low air volume and high concentration VOCs exhaust gas;

3）脫附產(chǎn)生的高濃尾氣（30~60）在CO系統(tǒng)風(fēng)機(jī)作用下經(jīng)換熱器預(yù)熱升溫、電加熱器加熱至催化劑活性溫度（300）后，進(jìn)入催化床并發(fā)生氧化分解反應(yīng)、同時(shí)放出熱量，該反應(yīng)形成的高溫尾氣再依次與轉(zhuǎn)輪冷卻氣、脫附氣換熱后排放。

3) The high concentration exhaust gas (30-60) generated by desorption is preheated and heated by a heat exchanger under the action of a CO system fan, and then heated by an electric heater to the catalyst activity temperature (300). It enters the catalytic bed and undergoes oxidation decomposition reaction, while releasing heat. The high-temperature exhaust gas formed by this reaction is then heat exchanged with the cooling gas and desorption gas of the impeller before being discharged.
