沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪是將大風(fēng)量、低濃度的廢氣濃縮到特定濃度、小風(fēng)量的廢氣，從而減少設(shè)備的投入費(fèi)用和運(yùn)行成本，提高voc廢氣的高效率處理。在處理大風(fēng)量、低濃度的廢氣燃燒和回收的時(shí)候，如果不借用沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪，直接進(jìn)行燃燒的情況下，廢氣處理設(shè)備不僅體積龐大，且產(chǎn)生高昂的運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。

沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置采用吸附濃縮- 脫附-焚化三項(xiàng)連續(xù)程序,主要用于有機(jī)廢氣的治理;特別適合于大風(fēng)量,低濃度場(chǎng)合。該吸附裝置以陶瓷纖維為基材，成蜂窩圓盤(pán)狀,分子篩內(nèi)部涂覆疏水性沸石做吸附劑。沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附濃縮裝置主要由廢氣預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)、分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮吸附系統(tǒng)、脫附系統(tǒng)、冷卻干燥系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)等組成。

RTO，是一種高效有機(jī)廢氣治理設(shè)備。與傳統(tǒng)的催化燃燒、直燃式熱氧化爐(TO)相比，具有熱效率高(≥95%)、運(yùn)行成本低、能處理大風(fēng)量中低濃度廢氣等特點(diǎn)，濃度稍高時(shí)，還可進(jìn)行二次余熱回收，大大降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)RTO),蓄熱式氧化爐。其原理是在高溫下將廢氣中的有機(jī)物(VOCs)氧化成對(duì)應(yīng)的二氧化碳和水，從而凈化廢氣，并回收廢氣分解時(shí)所釋放出來(lái)的熱量，三室RTO廢氣分解效率達(dá)到99%以上，熱回收效率達(dá)到95%以上。RTO主體結(jié)構(gòu)由燃燒室、蓄熱室和切換閥等組成。根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際需求，選擇不同的熱能回收方式和切換閥方式。
