沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪廢氣處理系統(tǒng)主要由兩部分組成:廢氣濃縮系統(tǒng)和廢氣焚燒處理系統(tǒng)。

The zeolite runner exhaust gas treatment system mainly consists of two parts: exhaust gas concentration system and exhaust gas incineration treatment system.
廢氣濃縮主要通過沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪實(shí)現(xiàn),轉(zhuǎn)輪為圓形結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)部均勻填充沸石,而沸石的主要成分是多孔的骨架型硅鋁酸鹽,其內(nèi)部分布著孔穴,具有對大小不一的分子進(jìn)行選擇性吸附的特性,故沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪也被稱為分子篩。沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪在不同溫度下具有不同的吸附效率,故安裝轉(zhuǎn)輪的風(fēng)箱根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)輪的特性設(shè)置了3個(gè)分區(qū):吸附區(qū)、脫附區(qū)、冷卻區(qū)。

車間廢氣經(jīng)過調(diào)溫調(diào)濕及過濾后,進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)輪風(fēng)箱的吸附區(qū),大部分廢氣成分被轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附,少量廢氣成分隨著凈化后的廢氣被直接排放,轉(zhuǎn)輪在吸附的過程中不停地轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),吸附區(qū)吸收了大量廢氣成分后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)至脫附區(qū),此時(shí)來自RTO的高溫?zé)煔馔ㄟ^與部分的車間廢氣混合達(dá)到250℃后通向脫附區(qū),因?yàn)榉惺D(zhuǎn)輪在250℃高溫的情況下吸附效率較低,在吸附區(qū)吸附的廢氣成分在脫附區(qū)會(huì)重新被脫附下來,隨著高溫?zé)煔獗惠斔椭罵TO里進(jìn)行廢氣焚燒處理,焚燒產(chǎn)生的煙氣一部分用于轉(zhuǎn)輪入口廢氣的升溫除濕,另一部分送至脫附區(qū)進(jìn)行脫附。
After temperature, humidity, and filtration, the workshop exhaust gas enters the adsorption area of the rotary fan. Most of the exhaust gas components are adsorbed by the rotary fan, and a small amount of exhaust gas components are directly discharged with the purified exhaust gas. The rotary fan continuously rotates during the adsorption process. The adsorption area absorbs a large amount of exhaust gas components and then rotates to the desorption area. At this time, high-temperature flue gas from RTO is mixed with some workshop exhaust gas to reach 250 ℃ before leading to the desorption area, Due to the low adsorption efficiency of the zeolite wheel at a high temperature of 250 ℃, the waste gas components adsorbed in the adsorption zone will be re desorbed in the desorption zone. As the high-temperature flue gas is transported to the RTO for waste gas incineration treatment, some of the flue gas generated from incineration is used for heating and dehumidification of the exhaust gas at the inlet of the wheel, and the other part is sent to the desorption zone for desorption.

During the heating period, the high-temperature flue gas flowing through the grid holes transfers heat to the honeycomb ceramic heat storage body. During the cooling period, the low-temperature exhaust gas flows in the opposite direction through the grid holes and obtains heat, forming high-temperature exhaust gas. Therefore, the trafficability of the ceramic heat storage body directly affects the efficiency of waste gas treatment and the energy consumption of RTO equipment operation.
故旋轉(zhuǎn)RTO在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)考慮了蓄熱陶瓷體的吹掃功能。初的設(shè)計(jì)為在RTO旁邊設(shè)置吹掃風(fēng)機(jī),直接采用室外新風(fēng)對蓄熱陶瓷進(jìn)行吹掃,但設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn):

The initial design was to install a blowing fan next to the RTO, directly using outdoor fresh air to blow the thermal storage ceramic. However, during equipment operation, it was found that:
1)因?yàn)槭彝庑嘛L(fēng)溫度較低,吹入的冷風(fēng)導(dǎo)致蓄熱陶瓷及燃燒室溫度降低,所以,設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí)天然氣耗量較大,增加了能源成本;2)設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí),RTO進(jìn)氣量與排氣量均衡,當(dāng)吹掃風(fēng)機(jī)補(bǔ)入部分風(fēng)量時(shí),破壞RTO內(nèi)部風(fēng)平衡,且容易造成燃燒室內(nèi)部壓力增大。

故設(shè)備廠家對吹掃功能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,將吹掃風(fēng)向進(jìn)行改變,由原來的風(fēng)機(jī)抽取室外新風(fēng)對陶瓷蓄熱體進(jìn)行正吹掃改為風(fēng)機(jī)抽取RTO內(nèi)部氣體進(jìn)行反向吹掃,將抽出來的煙氣經(jīng)風(fēng)管引至RTO入口主風(fēng)機(jī)之前,隨著濃縮廢氣再次補(bǔ)入RTO內(nèi)部,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)為:
