按照《石油化工可燃?xì)怏w和有毒氣體檢測(cè)報(bào)警設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB/T 50493-2019）第2.O.3條以及第3.0.1條的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。對(duì)以下四種存儲(chǔ)情況進(jìn)行分析：

According to the requirements of Article 2.0.3 and Article 3.0.1 of the Design Standard for Combustible and Toxic Gas Detection and Alarm in Petrochemical Industry (GB/T 50493-2019). Analyze the following four storage scenarios:

　?。?）將火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性類別為甲、乙類的氣瓶存放在非甲乙類廠房。如果氣瓶存放數(shù)量符合《建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范(2018年版)》（GB 50016-2014）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條文說(shuō)明第3.1.2條的要求，即便氣瓶?jī)?nèi)氣體全部泄漏，該廠房?jī)?nèi)部可燃?xì)怏w濃度也無(wú)法達(dá)到爆炸下限，所以該場(chǎng)所不必設(shè)置可燃?xì)怏w探測(cè)器。

(1) Store gas cylinders with fire hazard categories A and B in non A and B factory buildings. If the number of gas cylinders stored meets the requirements of Article 3.1.2 of the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings (2018 Edition)" (GB 50016-2014) standard, even if all the gas inside the cylinders leaks, the concentration of combustible gas inside the factory cannot reach the lower explosive limit, so it is not necessary to install combustible gas detectors in the place.

　?。?）將可燃?xì)怏w鋼瓶存放在位于生產(chǎn)裝置邊緣的敞棚內(nèi)。因?yàn)闅馄看娣旁陂_(kāi)放的敞棚內(nèi)，且不可能存放的多個(gè)氣瓶的閥門(mén)同時(shí)失效泄漏可燃?xì)怏w，即便單個(gè)氣瓶?jī)?nèi)氣體全部泄漏，該區(qū)域可燃?xì)怏w濃度也無(wú)法達(dá)到爆炸下限，所以該區(qū)域不必設(shè)置可燃?xì)怏w探測(cè)器。

(2) Store combustible gas cylinders in an open shed located at the edge of the production unit. Because gas cylinders are stored in open sheds, and it is impossible to store multiple cylinders with valves that fail simultaneously to leak combustible gas, even if all the gas in a single cylinder leaks, the concentration of combustible gas in the area cannot reach the lower explosive limit. Therefore, combustible gas detectors do not need to be installed in this area.

　?。?）將可燃?xì)怏w鋼瓶存放在氣瓶間或氣瓶庫(kù)。因?yàn)闅馄块g/庫(kù)多為封閉式或半敞開(kāi)式廠房，不利于泄漏氣體擴(kuò)散，且氣瓶間/庫(kù)的內(nèi)部容積較小，單個(gè)氣瓶?jī)?nèi)氣體泄漏，該氣瓶間/庫(kù)可燃?xì)怏w濃度就可能達(dá)到爆炸下限，所以氣瓶間/庫(kù)應(yīng)設(shè)置可燃?xì)怏w探測(cè)器。

(3) Store combustible gas cylinders in the cylinder compartment or cylinder storage. Because gas cylinder rooms/warehouses are mostly enclosed or semi open factories, it is not conducive to the diffusion of leaked gas, and the internal volume of gas cylinder rooms/warehouses is small. If gas leaks from a single gas cylinder, the combustible gas concentration in the gas cylinder room/warehouse may reach the lower explosive limit. Therefore, combustible gas detectors should be installed in the gas cylinder room/warehouse.

　?。?）毒性氣體的儲(chǔ)存。如果氣瓶?jī)?nèi)的氣體為《高毒物品目錄》（衛(wèi)法監(jiān)發(fā)〔2003〕142號(hào)）中所列的氣體或蒸氣，以及《化學(xué)品分類和標(biāo)簽規(guī)范18部分：急性毒性》（GB 30000.18-2013）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中，急性毒性危害類別為1類及2類的急性有毒氣體，即便該氣體具有可燃性，也應(yīng)按照《危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品安全管理?xiàng)l例》（中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院令 第591號(hào)第645號(hào)修正）第二十四條，“危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品應(yīng)當(dāng)儲(chǔ)存在專用倉(cāng)庫(kù)、專用場(chǎng)地或者專用儲(chǔ)存室內(nèi)，并由專人負(fù)責(zé)管理”的要求進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存,應(yīng)按照《石油化工可燃?xì)怏w和有毒氣體檢測(cè)報(bào)警設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB/T 50493-2019）第3.0.1條的要求設(shè)置有毒氣體探測(cè)器。

(4) Storage of toxic gases. If the gas in the gas cylinder is a gas or vapor listed in the "Catalogue of Highly Toxic Substances" (Wei Fa Jian Fa [2003] No. 142), as well as an acute toxic gas classified as Class 1 and Class 2 in the "Classification and Labeling Specification for Chemicals Part 18: Acute Toxicity" (GB 30000.18-2013) standard, even if the gas is flammable, it should be stored in accordance with Article 24 of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals" (State Council Order No. 591, No. 645 of the People's Republic of China), which states that "hazardous chemicals should be stored in dedicated warehouses, dedicated sites, or dedicated storage rooms, and managed by dedicated personnel", and should be stored in accordance with the "Design of Detection and Alarm for Combustible Gas and Toxic Gas in Petrochemical Industry". According to the requirements of Article 3.0.1 of GB/T 50493-2019, toxic gas detectors shall be installed.
