（1）運行阻力大

(1) High operating resistance

原因可能是：①結露糊帶；②脈沖閥不工作或損壞；③壓縮空氣壓力太低；④脈沖閥工作時提升閥未關閉或關閉不嚴；⑤一個或多個提升閥處于關閉狀態(tài)。

The reason may be: ① condensation and paste; ② Pulse valve not working or damaged; ③ The compressed air pressure is too low; ④ When the pulse valve is working, the lifting valve is not closed or not tightly closed; ⑤ One or more lift valves are in the closed state.

排除方法：①堵塞漏洞，提高煙氣溫度，加強通風，做好除塵器及管路的溫度工作；②維護或更換脈沖閥；③檢查氣路系統(tǒng)及空氣壓縮機；④檢查提升閥和清灰控制器。

Troubleshooting method: ① Block the loophole, increase the temperature of the flue gas, strengthen ventilation, and do a good job in the temperature of the dust collector and pipeline; ② Maintain or replace the pulse valve; ③ Check the air circuit system and air compressor; ④ Check the lifting valve and ash cleaning controller.

（2)運行阻力小

(2) Low operating resistance

原因可能是：①煙氣短路；②濾袋破損；③測壓裝置或主引風機電流表失靈。

The reason may be: ① smoke short circuit; ② Damaged filter bag; ③ The pressure measuring device or the main induced draft fan ammeter is malfunctioning.

排除方法：①此時可見濃度排放增加，檢查并補焊；②檢查并更換濾袋；③更換或修理風機電流表。

Exclusion method: ① At this point, the visible concentration emission increases, check and repair welding; ② Check and replace the filter bag; ③ Replace or repair the fan ammeter.

（3）脈沖閥不工作

(3) Pulse valve not working

原因可能是：①電源斷電或清灰控制器失靈；②氣缸或卡死；③氣缸電磁換向閥線圈燒壞；④氣缸電磁換向閥太臟，換氣口堵塞或閥芯干涸，運動不了；⑤壓縮空氣壓力太低；

The reason may be: ① Power outage or malfunction of the ash cleaning controller; ② Cylinder or stuck; ③ The coil of the cylinder electromagnetic directional valve is burnt out; ④ The cylinder electromagnetic directional valve is too dirty, the air exchange port is blocked, or the valve core is dry, making it unable to move; ⑤ Compressed air pressure is too low;

排除方法：①恢復供電或修理清灰控制器；②仔細檢查、清理、修理氣缸；③更換電磁閥換向閥及線圈；④檢查氣路系統(tǒng)及壓縮機。

Troubleshooting method: ① Restore power or repair the dust cleaning controller; ② Carefully inspect, clean, and repair the cylinder; ③ Replace the solenoid valve reversing valve and coil; ④ Check the air circuit system and compressor.

（4）濾袋的維修和更換

(4) Repair and replacement of filter bags

一般情況下，濾袋便用年限內是逐漸損壞的，主要原因是粉塵的腐蝕、高溫、高濕引起的濾料變質。除塵器不能使用破損的濾袋進行工作，否則會影響除塵效果。

In general, the filter bag gradually damages within its service life, mainly due to the corrosion of dust, high temperature, and high humidity causing deterioration of the filter material. Dust collectors should not use damaged filter bags for operation, otherwise it will affect the dust removal effect.
