一、預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)

1、 Preprocessing system

首先通過初、中、高三級(jí)過濾法，去除廢氣中的細(xì)小顆粒，使有機(jī)廢氣滿足沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附的潔凈度要求；再通過升溫降濕的方法，使有機(jī)廢氣滿足沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附的溫濕度要求；

Firstly, the fine particles in the waste gas are removed through a three-stage filtration method of initial, medium, and high filtration, so that the organic waste gas meets the cleanliness requirements of zeolite wheel adsorption; Then, by using the method of temperature and humidity increase and decrease, the organic waste gas can meet the temperature and humidity requirements of zeolite rotary adsorption;

沸石可捕捉到濃度非常低VOCs分子，通過風(fēng)機(jī)的作用，將經(jīng)過預(yù)處理的有機(jī)廢氣通過沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的吸附區(qū)，有機(jī)物分子被沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪*的吸附孔捕捉，吸附達(dá)標(biāo)的氣體直接排入煙囪；

Zeolite can capture VOC molecules with very low concentrations. Through the action of a fan, the pre treated organic waste gas is passed through the adsorption area of the zeolite wheel, and the organic molecules are captured by the adsorption holes of the zeolite wheel. The adsorbed gas that meets the standards is directly discharged into the chimney;

三、脫附系統(tǒng)

3、 Desorption system

經(jīng)一段時(shí)間吸附后，沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)會(huì)吸附飽和，此時(shí)，用小股熱（200~230℃）吹掃沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的脫附區(qū)，將有機(jī)物從沸石中脫附出來后通過風(fēng)機(jī)送入焚燒爐，使沸石再生，如此循環(huán)；

After a period of adsorption, the adsorption area of the zeolite wheel will become saturated. At this time, a small amount of heat (200-230 ℃) is used to blow the desorption area of the zeolite wheel, remove organic matter from the zeolite, and then send it to the incinerator through a fan to regenerate the zeolite, and so on;

四、燃燒系統(tǒng)

4、 Combustion system

從沸石分子篩中脫附出的VOCs氣體，通過風(fēng)機(jī)送入rto燃燒系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行氧化燃燒，把有機(jī)廢氣*氧化成水和二氧化碳。

The VOCs gas desorbed from the zeolite molecular sieve is sent to the RTO combustion system through a fan for oxidation and combustion, oxidizing the organic waste gas into water and carbon dioxide.

五、沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪冷卻系統(tǒng)

5、 Zeolite rotary cooling system

由于沸石經(jīng)過熱風(fēng)吹掃脫附后，溫度變高從而無法吸附有機(jī)物，此時(shí)需要對(duì)沸石進(jìn)行冷卻降溫，使其降到常溫，保證其吸附效率。

Due to the high temperature of zeolite after hot air blowing and desorption, it is unable to adsorb organic matter. At this time, it is necessary to cool the zeolite to room temperature to ensure its adsorption efficiency.

工藝原理：

Process principle:

吸附濃縮：含有VOCs的廢氣由主工藝風(fēng)機(jī)吸入前處理過濾器，由前處理過濾器濾除雜質(zhì)后的廢氣進(jìn)入沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪[CR]，被沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附處理后的氣體達(dá)標(biāo)排入大氣中。

Adsorption concentration: The exhaust gas containing VOCs is sucked into the pre-treatment filter by the main process fan. After impurities are filtered out by the pre-treatment filter, the exhaust gas enters the zeolite wheel [CR], and the gas after adsorption treatment by the zeolite wheel meets the standard and is discharged into the atmosphere.

脫附燃燒：利用RTO燃燒爐產(chǎn)生的熱量進(jìn)行熱脫附工藝，清潔空氣由脫附風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)入，經(jīng)換熱器進(jìn)入沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪，熱空氣將沸石加熱，吸附在沸石中的VOCs被脫附出來進(jìn)入RTO燃燒爐，從燃燒爐中排出的高溫達(dá)標(biāo)氣體通過換熱器實(shí)現(xiàn)廢熱利用，終排放至大氣中。

Desorption combustion: Utilizing the heat generated by the RTO combustion furnace for thermal desorption process, clean air enters through the desorption fan and enters the zeolite impeller through a heat exchanger. The hot air heats the zeolite, and the VOCs adsorbed in the zeolite are desorbed and enter the RTO combustion furnace. The high temperature standard gas discharged from the combustion furnace is used for waste heat utilization through the heat exchanger and ultimately discharged into the atmosphere.
